Hi, I’m Pixie Vincent. My husband & I chose to become vegetarian 30 years ago, but allergies in our children upped the ante and we HAD to become vegans over 15 years ago. I wasn’t happy! There weren’t a lot of truly tasty recipes available and I didn’t know what to do. Everybody hated the food I was putting on the table. So, I started inventing recipes my family would actually eat. Now, healthy and cheerfully vegan by choice, I want to share my recipes and knowledge with you.
- While some vegans avoid honey, I do not. Some of my recipes contain it. Feel free to substitute.
- My goal is to eat whole plant foods, but it’s a process to learn to eat healthier – and there will be recipes that include evaporated cane juice (aka: sugar), oil, and some processed items.
